Recipes

A workflow is a recipe you wrote yourself. A recipe, in the marketplace sense, is one someone else wrote that you can copy into your kitchen and run in under a minute.

That's what this page will host. A curated, growing collection of pre-built Z.E.N. workflows, organized by job-to-be-done, ready to install with one command. The goal is simple: most of the work you keep doing by hand is work other people are doing by hand too. Once one person writes the workflow well, everyone else can stop reinventing it.

What's coming

Roughly six recipes land at launch, with more added each week:

  • Morning briefs for Slack-heavy teams, Notion-heavy teams, and Linear-heavy teams.
  • Research sprints for product strategy, competitive analysis, and customer research.
  • Content pipelines for blog posts, social threads, and newsletter issues.
  • Meeting capture that records, transcribes, extracts decisions, and files the notes.
  • Sales follow-up that drafts a post-call summary and a tailored next-message.
  • Customer-health digests that pull from your CRM and flag accounts that went quiet.

Every recipe is open by default. Read the YAML before you install it. Fork it. Edit it. Submit a better version. The marketplace is a starting point, not a wall.

Get notified when it's live

The marketplace ships once the founding cohort is set up. Request a spot in the founding community and you'll be the first to know when recipes go live.

In the meantime

The recipes that ship with Z.E.N. today are documented under Bundled workflows. Six workflows, three general-purpose and three coding-specific. They're a good starting set while the marketplace fills out.

You can also write your own. The first-workflow guide walks through it in under five minutes.

AI that follows a recipe, not a conversation.
